I was first contacted by Nicole setting up our initial appointment with Tiffany.  Tiffany was extremely professional and the woman knows what she's talking about!  I needed repair work before the actual refinishing and the crew replaced damaged pieces perfectly.  Tiffany came back out to inspect the finished work and saw things I hadn't noticed for her crew to finalize.  They came out quickly and promptly and our floors are gorgeous.  I would most definitely use Dust Free Hardwood Floor Finishing on future projects.  Professional, personable, and polished.

They did just fine. They were really good at following up on any issues. The builder paid for it. It was $900 for 1100 square feet. Tiffany was the saleslady and it was nice to speak to a woman. They were very responsive and accommodating. We ran into a little area but they took care of it. They had to come back a couple of times to fix it. They did a great job.

It took about 2 weeks to complete the entire process, but we knew that going in. The tear out crew was very professional, installation crew was the same way. We chose to go out of town during the the scrapping, sanding and staining phase of the project. We came back and the house was immaculate and zero to little dust anywhere. We highly recommend using the cleaning crew after the project is complete. The head of the company and his staff were quick to respond to questions about the original bid and to take care of a very minor 2 or 3 item punch list at the end. Again, we highly recommend Dust Free Hardwood Floors to anyone.
