I was promised a thermostat comparable to the thermostat of my old system, which had an "Auto" feature. They installed a plain thermostat without an "Auto" feature. They promised they would come back and install a comparable thermostat as promised, then they want to charge me $14.95 truck fuel surcharge. Very underhanded!

Abriel was very thorough and took lots of pictures of our system to show condition. Recommended a service agreement and pointed out that our heat pump did not have an instant start device which would decrease wear and tear on the starte, but did not try to high-pressure us to sign up or buy the starter kit. We felt very comfortable and satisfied with his service and will certainly sign up for the service plan, but we will price other starter units before deciding.

Dring sent Alfredo to evaluate our system and he was extremely knowledegable and professional. He suggested the best system to fit our needs and within 48 hours our new heat pump system was installed and efficiently cooling our home. We are very happy with our experience with Dring and highly recommend them.

There were issues with the install, wrong motor on a brand new unit and house not cooling to satisfaction after the install. However the company did have good customer service and worked on the unit and added a few things at no cost until everything was installed correctly and unit working how it should. Overall pleased even though I had several days of being inconvenienced(in the Texas summer).

the company was terrible the situation was that they charged me without my consent without me confirming that I was going to complete the work with them the same day that I requested the project my husband decided that we were not going to do it anymore and this company always charges something that I later had to take over to continue with my project with another company because this is not the one I wanted to complete it now I have no air conditioning and a bad reputation with the credit towards my card because they made a total mess with the confirmation and the contact towards me I would never recommend and Angie's list needs to improve this with The professionals What do they recommend

Dring Air is great! We had an issue with our AC not working. They diagnosed it quickly, showed me what was wrong, and got us up and running. He was very knowledgeable, not pushy, but still gave me options to prevent future problems. I highly recommend Dring Air!
