Evidently the woman I spoke to handled the used tables and the one at the store knew almost nothing about it. He also could not tell me much at all about the new ones that we were also interested in except that they had a limited lifetime warranty but he did not have a written copy. Immediately after we left the store the woman I spoke to on the phone called me to follow up. That part was very good customer service. The deal killer for me is that I could not find any reviews at all online as to the quality of the brand of table they sell. The only reason I put no as to using them in the future is that I bought a pool table somewhere else.
