Chris and his team were great. I had them come out on 2 instances to do the work above. I had just purchased a new house and the seller did not fix a tripped circuit as promised. I literally texted Chris a laundry list of items that needed looking at and repairing. Chris came out found why the circuit was tripping - due to rats chewing up the wiring- and fixed the issue. Him and his team went through the entire house\attic and removed and replaced any wiring chewed up by rats and confirmed everything was good. I was not there during the repairs, my mom was, but she reported these guys were fun, fast and through. I would definitely us Chris again. He and his team are trustworthy, on time and easy to work with! He made me feel a lot better about the sketching wiring mess the previous homeowner left me.

Extremely well. I called Chris late Friday afternoon when I was so stressed cause I’d been trying to find out why my AC was shutting down so often. Just talking to Chris calmed me down. And AC company I was working with were so inefficient. Chris n Eduardo came out Saturday morning and very thorough, my breaker box was not the problem. The safety valve that other ac company had installed twice was installed improperly, and condensation pipes needed to be blown out. Chris did not try to sell me work that I didn’t need which he could have done easily. I would definitely use him again, and he was worth every cent.

I was very pleased with all the work performed by Mr. Edmondson. He was also very generous in answering all my questions about these three jobs, and some other ones that I am planning for the future.

Chris took my call at approximately 4:00PM on Monday 8/24.  Due to the urgency of our situation (A/C Unit down) and temperatures rising above 85* in the house, Chris agreed to make an evening service call extending his long day.  Chris and his peer (Ernesto?) did an exhaustive troubleshooting analysis at each point of potential failure.  Chris determined the issue to be both electrical & AC related after consulting with his HVAC peer who walked him through some tests.  
Chris & Ernesto thoroughly diagnosed each potential point of failures, replaced the burned out fuse box, pro-actively alerted me to potential fire hazzard issues that needed to be addressed in the near-term and spent above and beyond time in the sweatbox (attic) trying to get the unit to run through the night until AC parts could be sourced and replaced.  
Backtracking steps:
1)  Took a late call & agreed to an after-hours service call because of the urgency of our situation
2)  Diagnosed and replaced faulty electrical issues
3)  Leveraged his network to identify, test cause & effect issues outside their scope in an effort to help my family
4)  Explained things in detail with me to ensure I understood the issues
5)  Provided references who would make themselves available to show up with the needed parts to fix as soon as the parts could be sourced the following morning
6)  Pro-actively made me aware of wiring issues that would cause issues in the future and could even make us vulnerable to an electrical fire
7)  Refused to leave until they did everything they could, including engaging with HVAC peers to try to keep the system up through the night.
8)  Charged a fee for services which was half of what I anticipated.
After the AC company was able to replace the OEM part, Chris followed up to ensure the air was working and addressed any questions I had.  
In this case, Chris went so far above and beyond for my family & I while charging a % of what his work was worth to me.  
This experience alone justifies my Angie's list membership.  
**Because of the above & beyond this company delivered to my family & I won't consider using an electrician other than CK Electric.  Chris and his company understand customer service.  In doing so, they have earned my business for as long as they want it.  I could not recommend them more highly.
When it comes to electrical, HVAC, Auto repairs etc workmanship, integrity, reputation & customer service matter.  I have unfortunately hired providers in the past who lacked some or most of the above.  CK Electric took my situation personal and did everything they could to help my family & I.  They communicated throughout & refused to give up until they had repaired the electrical issues, sourced the HVAC issue (not their job) & helped me arrange for an A/C company to have the right part to my house as soon as it could be picked up.  Because CK Electric took this personal, I wan not surprised to get a phone call the following morning confirming the issue had been fixed.  All this for a very fair price.  
Kudos to CK Electric, Reward them with your business!  

Chris and his assistant were very prompt (happened to be available within minutes of my call late on a Friday afternoon). They diagnosed the problem and determined that either the fan or the light had been added to the circuit on the same switch. Chris quickly determined a solution and effected the change in wiring. Chris was very professional and provided a quick solution to my problem.

Great job, professional and kept us apprised of situation

They started to work the same day Chris came out for the free estimate. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and very nice. They spent several hours running the line through difficult crawl spaces and behind a fireplace to get the line to the kitchen stove. Chris also installed a new exhaust fan in one bath and new light fixture in another bath. We were very pleased with their work and reasonable rates and will call them again if we need an electrician.

He is a master electrician. He is ALWAYS on time. ALWAYS returns your call. He goes above and beyond the scope of the job you are paying for if necessary. He is a perfectionist and very thorough. I recommend him often.

Job went perfectly, the crew were on time and the job was charged as per work order (great price!). All new box and wiring were used and the quality of removal and installation of all of the new components were top notch. I can't say enough good things about this company. Chris and his crew performed a great job and I will be using him for all of my future electrical work. You definitely can't go wrong with CK Electric!

Chris returned my call quickly. The original intent of the initial visit was to get estimate. Some of the work he and his crew were prepared to do right then, so since I felt the price was fair, especially for immediate resolution of a 2 year problem, I had him do the work.
2 big criteria for choosing an electrician: master electrician, and insured. A lot of the work I plan to have him do is shoddy and unsafe work done by a prior workers who obviously did not have the electrical skills they claimed. Chris will be able to remedy that and create safe electrical in my home.

Best Electrician I have ever used! Chris is very knowledgeable, neat and very easy to work with. He is as good as the best and better than most! Without a doubt I would recommend him and will call him for all my future electrical needs. I apologize to Chris for this delay as I have been extremely busy since my relocation to Texas from the State of Washington.

Chris arrived on time and completed the work within the expected time frame. We had an additional panel for pool equipment, so he combined them into one. Removing the pool panel resulted in a hole in the wall which he repaired. He labeled everything and it looks great. We were very pleased with his work and will contact him again.

I contacted Chris and we played telephone tag for a few days which was my fault, not his. When we did finally connect, he came right out to my house to do the work. He was very professional and promptly completed the repairs. He provided recommendations on a few items that needed some attention and we also asked for estimates on additional repairs. We do plan to contact Chris for future eletrical work.

I called Chris at CK Electric to get an estimate on some electrical work I wanted to be done in my kitchen while my new cabinets were being built. I looked to Chris for his suggestions on ways I could get better lighting in the kitchen. Chris shared with me the new ECOSMART LED can lights that have a 35,000 life in hours and reduce the overall cost of electricity. I loved his recommendation on the new lights and am pleased with the amount of light I have in my kitchen! Chris and Shane both spent many hours in the attic pulling wire, roughing in all new lighting fixtures and wiring the new attic fan while it was 106 degrees outside! Although Chris was scheduled to be on a family vacation for the remainder of the week and the following week, he delayed his vacation to come back the next day and do the job while the kitchen walls were exposed and the old cabinets were gone. Chris will be back to set the finish after my kitchen Cabinets are installed. He meet all my expectations, he was friendly, clean and detail orientated and left the job as clean as before he arrived. I look forward to working with Chris again on my next electrical project following the installation of my new kitchen cabinets.

Chris and his work are both excellent. Chis is honest and good about considering his client's budget in terms of what he recommends. He was thoughtful enough to stay late to tie up some loose ends, without charging overtime. He has done lots of other electric work for us in the past, and his work has always been high quality. I would highly recommend him as an electrician.
