 + -1 moreHORRIBLE! By 12noon I had no balloons and started calling and texting Kate, the owner. I had NO RESPONSE from anyone. By 130pm I had to rearrange my decorations and plans since I was missing almost 8 dozen balloons which were a huge part of my plan. Guests arrived before and at 2pm and the balloon guys showed up at 2:03 pm. Of course at this point I was horrified and told them no way were they bringing them into my house. I texted the owner yet again and asked her to call me later to discuss this. At 9:42pm the delivery guy called me to apologize and said Kate would call me on Sunday. It's almost 11pm on Monday night and I have heard nothing from this business owner. The lack of professionalism astounds me. Do not count on this company as they are disorganized and apparently do not care at all that they completely broke their contract with me. Oh, and my original quote was lower than what was invoiced!
Description of Work: I ordered 7 dozen latex balloons, including 1 dozen with custom confetti that I took to their location plus about 9 Mylar balloons. This was for a bridal shower and we had planned for the balloons as part of the decor. Delivery was promised between 9am - 12noon for a 2pm event, my house is approximately 8 1/2 miles from their warehouse. I originally accepted an earlier delivery but the owner stated she was adding another delivery driver and could deliver later for me.
