2 females workers from Castle Keepers were at our initial meeting and sounded extremely professionals. We asked if they take pictures and shared a few other requests as well. They agreed to everything we asked and (Vickie) mentioned that they keep an eye on their crew.
My sister drove by at one point and noticed a dog there even though we asked for no pets on the property. In fact my husband stopped by one day and saw the dog himself. He brought that to their attention and was told it was a friends dog and it wouldn't?t be there long. There were so many other issues that happened. They even put Large 10 ft crosses in our front lawn that was a direct violation for our H.O.A. We made Kenny aware of the problems but don't believe he ever followed. Eventually we decided to move on and wanted them out. When it was time for them to leave they didn?t want to leave. Shawn, Nadia and drew all moved out but the father stayed there. The father moved all of his property out of the house but kept it in the garage. According to Texas law if you have property on location you?re able to claim residency. We went to take over the house and the father was still their stating that he was the property owner.
We told Castle Keepers about the situation and mentioned we would potentially sue them. He in turn hired a lawyer to hold 2 Brothers Moving accountable. I feel that Kenny (Castle Keepers) didn?t do what he was supposed to do. He wasn?t strong and didn?t hold 2 Brothers Moving accountable. Kenny is a poor businessmen and would never use him again. I would advise that anyone thinking about using him to think twice. Instead of helping my sister and I sale the home, he made the situation worse. In fact while this was taking place we still had to pay the mortgage and Home Owners Association fees. Kenny did a poor job vetting his sub-contractors. Kenny never apologized and acted like he was a victim. We tried to make him aware early on in the process but Kenny kept believing their side of the story instead of our story. In the end we went to court and had 2 Brothers Moving (a sub contractor for Castle Keepers) removed from the home and retook the property. We never received a refund or an apology from Kenny.

From the initial application process and thought my rental duration, i have been disappointed in the lack of responsiveness and unprofessional approach to solving problems that occur at the home. They were also very dishonest in advertising the features of the house. The advertised the house with a pool and spa however, the spa did not work and not did it have a heater --two basic features of a spa!I had to personally pay to have it fixed and install a heater. The list can go on.... I would just say, unless you are prepared to deal with unresponsive, unprofessional, and lack of customer courtesy, you don't want to go with these guys

Beware.... We rented from these people for about two years. When we would call with problems or repairs, we would literally get harrassed. Like, insanely insulted, like "how did you decimate the house" (for a leak in the sink), or "Do you have drugs on the property?" I had landlords before, but no one was this bad. We lived in an upscale rental, but there was nothing upscale about these people. Eventually all repairs we had to do ourselves because calling them was such a hassle. They would come into our house and look around when we weren't there. We had to get our locks changed. Leaving that rental was one of the best decisions. Beware, beware, I am only giving 0.01% of the story. It was years of harrassment, intrusion, and lost money. Yuck.
