They always call and check on her. We have known the doctor that owns that for years with every dog that we have had like 30 years. We keep going back there because of the fact that they care. They are reliable. They love the puppy dog and take care of him and I do not have to worry about him when they go to the back. They always follow-up and check on him and pricing is reasonable.

I wasn't impressed with the responses I received on the phone, but everyone has a bad day. So, I thought I would visit the clinic in person to check the facility and speak to someone in person. The in-person visit didn't go well either. Unfortunately, my generic questions were answered with an attitude that wasn't welcoming. I've chosen a different vet based on these two situations.







Although I can't review the veterinarians services, I believe the staff at the clinic should also be professional with their service.

I would give them an A overall.

I was, primarily, looking for a vet that would have some visceral connection with my dog. My last vet never showed much interest in the dog, outside of it being "just another dog." I was very happy to see the connection that Dr. Morris and those who assisted had with my dog. They greeted the dog and touched the dog (outside of a mere clinical examination), giving some evidence that they were interested in the dog in more than a clinical way. Moreover, it was clear that my lab liked them as well. This was what my last Vet had not shown. I will definitely return to Dr. Morris for any future considerations my dog may have.

I have been using this vet for the past year. I am new to the Dallas/Fort Worth Area and decided to use this location based on reports on the internet and word of mouth recommendations. I have not been disappointed once. As a specialty breed, she has opened up to the staff and really enjoys her visits to the vet. This is on the best vets I have used in my years owning dogs and cats.

They routinely provide thorough and professional care for our dogs. We have had routine checkups on both dogs, plus a series of visits for a nasty cut that one dog had on his back paw. He had to wear a cone for a couple of weeks, so we day-boarded him for that period, and that worked out well, and the price was very reasonable. We use Dr. van Antwerp, but all of the vets and staff seem to be very competent and caring.

My dog's lab values are actually improving. At my other vet I was paying the bills for tests and exams/labs with the abnormality worse every time. At least now we have made progress so the money is well spent.

The facility (including the kennels) are clean and well maintained. The office staff is friendly and my pet feels very comfortable with them. They take the trouble to get to know your animal. The vet is patient and gentle with animals and owners. She takes time to answer the questions and concerns we have about our pet. We haven't had any chronic illnesses but for general health maintenance of your pet I very highly recommend this facility.

This vet was very caring to my dog. This was the first time I used this vet. I went with them because they are open on the weekends and it was a Saturday when he needed this done. I think they have 4 vets in the group at this location.

Dr. Morris clearly became a vet because she loves animals. Some vets seem like they are only in the field for the love of science. She takes a lot of time to answer questions. I never feel ignored or rushed. All costs are explained fully and clients can request estimates for a dental cleaning.
