He was great. A week before the work was done he inspected the car, cleaned the bottom of my car and asked me to drive it for a day or two and bring it back for a second look. He identified the leak and concurred with other estimate I had but was quite a bit less expensive. I would definitely use him again.

I called to ask them if they could do electrical work on my jeep. I attempted on the phone to go into some details about the repair but he said "of course, we can do that work." So I made arrangements for a rental car to pick me up and drove my car to his shop as planned. Once there I am able to explain in more detail about the problem and he refused to work on the car. I had already made all these plans and ended up having to find another place for repairs in a panic mode. I guess I dodged a bullet by not going there, but if he had questions about whether he could handle a project, he should have questioned me more on the phone to save me from this panicky situation.

A group of electrical wires that controls the air conditioner, theft alarm ....etc were badly chewed up by the squirrels, the dealer was not sure if they can be reconnected and if a new wire set is needed it could run into several hundred to a thousand dollars. Carroll ton Car Care tried their best and spent about an hours to repair and reconnected the wires. Another reason not to bring car to dealers for repair, they find easy way out even if it could cause the customer a lot more.

I was told by another provider that all 4 of my oxygen sensors were out, which is why my annual inspection was failed. This guy found the REAL reason, being a defective and leaking hose. Upon replacement, the inspection was passed and the total cost was about 1/3 of what I expected.

Everything has gone very well overall!

Always a good experience. Even when there are issues, they always take care of it. In 10 years, there is going to be something to go wrong. They make it right, which builds trust.

My old car was turning over slower and slower over a period of months and finally died. After spending a few minutes I pretty much diagnosed it to be a starter problem after eliminated the peripheral equipment like the starter relay, neutral safety switch or the ignition switch.
