I called on Sunday morning early and the repairman showed up in about 1-1/2 hours. He was very professional and pleasant - started checking the system right away - found the problem and fixed it. We would definitely recommend the company.

I've used these guys for nearly 30 years for our HVAC on 60 year old house. They've always been great, did what they could to save us money, kept us comfortable summer and winter. I had them out for fall check of furnace last week, and the first technician picked up some CO on vent check of our 19 year old furnace. I asked for supervisor to come out, and although he did not pick up CO with a separate gauge, I decided to have furnace, coil, and ancient ducting replaced. They came out the next morning with the new furnace and ducting, pulled the old ducting out and installed new furnace, and had us up and running by 5 p.m. They told me they'd need to come back the next day to make adjustments and complete the install but that the unit was functional. They came bright and early the next day, finished the install on the furnace, and began adjusting the air flow thru the 10 vents in the house. Imagine my surprise when I looked out and saw them going up and down the attic ladder, pulling out the new ducting for several runs and carrying up more new ducting. They determined that the return was not functioning properly and made revisions to it, re-ran some ducting they were not happy with, and spent about four hours that day getting the best flow possible. In the meantime, one of the workers had stepped off a beam and thru the hall ceiling (oops), and they got a very nice worker out that morning to replace a section of sheetrock, tape, bed, and texture. He would have repainted the ceiling, but the whole hall needs a paint job so I told him I'd take care of that later. The fan on the new furnace is much quieter than on the old unit, air flow to an add-on den and laundry room is much better. Based on past experience I feel confident they'll be available to make any additional adjustments if necessary when the real winter weather comes in.
