C & J Pro Blind Repair

Shane and Chris did a fantastic job of re-anchoring my vertical hanging blinds on my patio sliding glass door. The original anchors were all coming loose off the wall and I could not re-tighten the screws. With the proper anchors and a drill, my blinds are back in service and I'm thrilled, The gentlemen were knowledgeable, polite and made sure all was in perfect working order. I was very pleased with the work. Our house had a large number of blinds that needed to be restrung. I dropped them at their facility without an appointment, which was not a problem. During the job, C&J found several blinds that also needed some interior components replaced. The work was promptly done, and at a fraction of the cost to buy new. This is C&J's speciality, and they do it well!

They repaired (replaced string and restrung and had to replace mechanism that pulls the blind open) one blind and now it is like new. The price was a little high but I guess that's the price you pay for quality work.

Professional techs, on time, cleaned up. One tilter needed replacement which was done after call to Crystal.

When I dropped off the blinds I was told how much the repair would cost and when they would be ready for pick up. I got the call that they were ready right on schedule and the price I paid was exactly what was quoted. My blinds work great now! Their repair charge was very reasonable. I got a quote from another blind repair company; C&M was less expensive and had a faster turn-around time. I'll definitely use them again.

My wide (approx. 11 feet) vertical blind wouldn't louver any more. We could feel that the gear was slipping when we tried to use it. Crystal came out to take a look and then tried to find the replacement part. The blinds were about 11 years old and we were afraid that they couldn't find the parts. But her guys came to the house and were able to fix put in a new gear wheel to fix it. They were not able to find replacements plastic brackets to hold up the valance (a number of them got broken a few years ago when I had the room painted), but screwed the valance into the few remaining brackets. They worked quickly and really knew what they were doing. The blinds are working like new again. I will definitely call them again for any blind repair.

Crystal was WONDERFUL!!! Came out and checked the blind to see just what was needed - blind is 95and quot; wide - she was not able to order replacement slats from Levolor since they will not sell them, but she checked out several options for me and we ended up getting a like blind that was very short and using those slats. She was helpful, responsive, and took the initiative in looking for solutions that would save me money. I would not even consider using anyone else for blind repairs.

Both blinds were repaired in less than an hour while I waited. The chords and blinds were packaged professionally with rubber bands to make the blinds easier to carry and prevent the chords from dragging on the ground. The repairman went beyond my initial request and repaired one item on one blind which I had not noticed, that needed to be repaired. I installed the blinds about an hour after I left C and J Pro Blind Repair and the blinds worked perfectly. The C and J Pro Blind Repair service saved me hundreds of dollars because I did not need to purchase new matching blinds.

I saved some money by dropping them off at their office. They have fixed 2 pairs of blinds and in both cases repaired them quickly within a 2 day turnaround timeframe. I am so happy I found this place, they are so helpful and friendly and right on my way to work too.

They were very exceptional about contacting me and giving me a valid approximate time of arrival. When they saw that they were running a little behind they called me to let me know. They did the job quickly, even adding some more repair. The job was completed and I was charged much less than the estimate. Very professional. I would recommend them to everyone. Can I give them an A++ in every area?

I had a hard time locating the store front but I am a bit directionally challenged..

I called Cand J and they immediately diagnosed the problem and told me it would be easiest to bring the blinds in for repair, which was fine with me since a trip charge would have been $55. They even explianed to me how to remove the blinds from my arched window frame. I dropped the blinds off on Friday and they were ready for pickup the following Monday. They are like new and the repair only cost $48. I would definitely use them again!

Got there at 11:30 after an hour long drive so she took it and asked me to wait so I did not have to drive back out. Was done in 1/2 hour and it was even better then new. Loved the work and the owner.

I called and was told to bring it in. I waited approx 30 min while it was repaired. Great service!!
