BIZZY BEES PEST CONTROL

They got rid of the yellow jackets. They did what I needed and it went well.

They were very good. They are not cheap but they are good. The one service person we use is pleasant, thorough and competent.  They do a fine job of keeping the place pest free.  

Our first experience was when a termite swarm overtook our old neighborhood. One of our neighbors recommended Bizzy Bees but we also got quotes from other companies. Bizzy Bees was local and the best value of all of the companies we consulted.  They have been providing our quarterly pest control services ever since.  The technicians are always prompt and professional.  In the few times we have had an issue between treatments, Bizzy Bees has returned promptly to provide the needed treatment.

They have been great.

I am very frustrated with this company. I have been using them for over a year and I am ready to cancel the service. The last few times someone has come out they were surprised I had rodent traps and were not prepared. The whole reason I started using them was because of Angie's reviews and the fact they did rodent prevention as well. The guy who came today told me it was obvious the bait had not been switched out since the traps were put out over a year ago. Maybe I'm wrong, but I don't think jerky that has been sitting for over a year has the same scent as fresh bait. It is even worse when it has been sitting outside or in a hot attic. I will say the man who came today put new bait in (a different kind as well) and told me some of the traps had gone off. He removed the traps that were no longer good, and he moved the traps around so they were not clustered together.
My other complaint is scheduling. The first few times they came out they would schedule times without contacting me and schedule them for times when I was at work. They finally switched them for Saturdays but would still schedule them without contacting me. Now they contact me but they told me the wrong times. I was sent a card in the mail that said they would be here at 11. Then the called me this week and told me they would be out between 12 and 1. This morning they came at 8 am. They came at 8 am despite calling me this week and telling me the time was 12 and 1.

The tech was nearly an hour late to site.  However, there was a major accident on US 75 which was the cause of his delay.  This should not be counted as a strike against the tech or the company.  However, I had to do the chasing; I did not receive a proactive call from either the tech or the scheduling team to let me know that there was an issue.  I was only informed after I called them.
When Travis arrived, he was very polite and apolgized for the delay.  He went right to work assessing the exterior and attic spaces and then went directly to work.  He combed every inch of teh attic and knocked out every single mud nest and then sprayed.  He also filled any potential entry areas with foam.  He worked very quickly and efficiently.   I plan to utilize Bizzy Bees again for regular pest control.

They are affordable, thorough, consistent and on time. They have always been very helpful and have a good customer service line, which is very helpful in scheduling appointments.

They were not great.  I won't say they were bad but the lack of prompt service was a problem. I will not use them again in the future.

We could not be happier with Buzy Bees!!  Starting with the inital visit by Jeremy, to the thorough examination of our house by Mike, to the weekly monitoring service by many of their capable technicians, we are absolutely satisfied with their work and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for pest control services.  The office staff is friendly and very prompt about following up, as well.  Keep up the good work Buzy Bees!!

We found them on the Angie's List paper catalog. Our house is about 10 years old and the old treatment was off. They were very good on the phone. They were very responsive and set up an appointment. They had someone come out who was very knowledgeable. He had about 25 years of experience. He came out and walked through house with my husband and myself and then he told us they he would give us a written estimate. He gave us the estimate and then they set up a time. They had a technician come out to do the actual work. They did the treatments down in ground around the foundation of the house. We called them back because we still had some ants around our French window. They came back about a week later, were super nice, and re-treated for the ants.

Everything has been fine with this company. The crew is very knowledgeable and professional.

Great. They're very friendly and thorough. We were having a problem with roaches and I requested they use eco-safe products because of pets and kids in the house. I didn't know if the eco-safe products would really work, but they worked great. I'm now on a service plan and they come out every three months.

Everything went well. The infestation seems to have subsided. Bizzy Bees was very helpful and informative throughout the entire process.

Very professional. Explained all options and prices were reasonable. Our neighbors have used them and have also been very pleased. They were punctual and had good customer service and follow up. Trenching around the house and drilling holes for chemical application took less than a day. Everyone I came in contact with was very experienced and had been with the company for a while.

Gave me accurate, fair quote. Explained clearly what was needed and what they would do. The technician was very professional and clean in his work.

They were there promptly and removed an horrifying bee swarm - approx 20,000 bees. They were going to rehive the majority, and did kill the few remaining.

Bizzy Bees associates visted my house twice to spray for roaches, 6/05 and a follow up on 6/18. The roaches coming into my house have persisted and the situation is no better than before. When I find them in the house, they are dead, however, so I am grateful for that. I can't say I would recommend the company for overall effectiveness, but associates were nice. Also, anyone who hires them for pest control should be prepared for lots of cardboard sticky roach traps - not exactly what one wishes to have lying around their house in every room.

Everything went well. The sales guy called and got in touch with a dispatcher. The dispatcher called a day or two later and they got someone out here then. The gentleman that came out seemed to be knowledgable. They also seem responsive and professional.

I went through Angie's List and read their reviews. I called them and they gave me a yearly service. They are going to come out here two or three times a year.
