Bear Heating & A/C

Awesome as usual!
I having been using Bear for 15 yrs. On this occasion my upstairs air conditioner went out. I called them at 7pm on a Friday night. They not only answered but were out the next morning first thing to look at and repair the problem!
I have recommended Bear to all my friends and family and they have treated them the same way as myself. The have provided prompt, honest and courteous service.
I use them twice a yr. Once to check all the air conditioners (3 units) and one to check the furnaces.

Our air conditioner stopped working on Memorial Day evening and we called AJ first thing Tuesday morning. He was there that same day by the time he said he would be there. A trying other options to see if he could avoid having to replace the compressor (like standing in 100 degree weather running water on the compressor to see if he could get it to cool down and restart properly) he order a special part of us. He told us what his cost was so we knew how much he was charging us.







When the part arrive he had it installed quickly and everything has been running GREAT since! I have been using AJ for over 15 years and trust him completely. He has always come through for me in times of air conditioning crisis's as well as anyone of my many friends and family that I have recommended him to.







He is great about offering specials for regular maintenance and will call me proactively! When we installed a special air filtration system he registered my products for me so I didn't have to worry about the warranty! Now that is serviced!







He and his team are always on time, polite and just a joy to work with!

The 10-year old air conditioning in my home stopped cooling in late 2011 so in early spring 2012 I contacted several companies to diagnose the problem and provide bids. The coil was leaking so I had the choice of replacing the coil or upgrading the system. I decided to upgrade to a more efficient system that uses the new Puron coolant. Baer Air Conditioning was one of the companies I contacted and I have been very pleased with their service and the work done at my home. The person I spoke with on the phone was the same person who came to my house for the bid and was also there when the work was done. Baer directly employees their techs and the owners of the company were involved in the job. They followed up after the job to make sure all was working properly. I had no problems with the system this past summer and my electric bill dropped about 35%
The price was competitive and the service was exceptional. They arrived on time for all phases and the work was done promptly and professionally. They also filed the warranty paperwork the day the job was done and emailed my copies.
I will have to replace the original upstairs unit soon and will definitely use Baer.

They are always prompt, go above and beyond, and they even cleaned my vents when I did not ask them to do. They submitted all the warranty paper work for me so I did not have to do it. I have used them for 13 years.

They are great and I have used them for about 4 or 5 years. I have used them for heating and a/c off and on. They are punctual, do only what is required and are upfront about giving options. They are going to be putting an air conditioner for me and they are great.
