Just horrible. I researched pest control companies when I bought my home, and Aptive seemed like a good choice. I was WRONG. The actual spray works, I haven’t dealt with pests since I moved in. However, the service is terrible! I can’t get ahold of anyone. I schedule morning appointments, and no one gets here until 5pm. I can’t get ahold of customer service. When I complain, all they do is reschedule and do the same thing. When I try to reschedule, they try to blame and charge me for a missed appointment, when THEY did not show up at their allotted time. I will absolutely not be returning to them and cannot wait until my contract ends in October. I’m counting down the days.

Canceling my contract with this company. Used to be great but has gone downhill. A few months ago I took off from work to be there for service (to let them in our home), but the tech showed up and left saying he didn't have time and to just reschedule. I gave them another shot and again took off from work to let them in the house, but the tech came sprayed the outside and just left. When I complained the first time, I did not hear back from the company. The second time I called to complain, their solution was a $20 discount off of shot $300 worth of service charges. When I didn't even end up receiving service at all one of those times. Save your money and your time. Look elsewhere for service.

We were approached by a door to door salesman who made the offer that we would have quarterly pest control treatments for $140 each after the initial free treatment. The technicians arrived and did an adequate job. We were contacted a month later and told that it was time for our next treatment. I advised the employee calling that we were sold a service for quarterly treatments and the next should be in September, with free retreatments if pests are found between treatments. We still received an email telling us what day the next treatment would be. The treatments are scheduled at their convenience, not yours. You are not called on the morning of the appointment with a time. The customer is expected to stay home all day, and the technicians show up sometime that day. There is an email address on the email that you are sent, but nobody with the company bothers to answer any email you send back. Since I insisted on the quarterly treatments I was sold, I was sent a bill for $229 for breaking the contract. I would look at my contract if I had one. I have to take the blame on that, since I knew better than to buy from a door to door salesman. Honestly, these guys are so bad that it is worth paying the money just to get rid of them. Bugs in the house appear to be controlled, but the spiders that they were to get rid of are still there. You can get a better job for less money with no contract.
