Absolutely fantastic service - could not have asked for more. Ann was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and had literally thousands of upholstery samples available to choose from. Once we settled on a particular upholstery (which took almost an hour!), she quoted us a price and lead time (4 weeks). We left the chair with her, and it was ready exactly on schedule. Not only was the workmanship top-notch, but she also took the time to polish out some fairly major scratches in the wood legs, so the chair looked brand-new when complete. Given the price, this isn't a place to get your $200 velvet recliner redone, but instead it is someplace that provides top-quality work that should easily last another 50 years or more. Perfect for heirloom and high-end furniture that you want to show off. Would use her again in a heartbeat - by far the best upholstery shop in the Dallas area!

They've done an excellent job. The quality stood out the most. I would recommend them because of the high quality. We brought the furniture there and they did the work. It took longer than we initially thought.

Our 6 dining room chair seats were over 30 years old and the foam and webbing were sagging and very uncomfortable to sit on. Ann replaced all the foam and webbing and used new fabric I supplied and they are good as new again. I won't hesitate to return with other projects. Thanks, Ann!

She is extremely gracious . Do not look any further as Anne's work is FABULOUS. Her prices are very reasonable . She is also very punctual , almost to the very day she said it would be completed. I am more that happy , delighted with the quality of workmanship Anne produces.

She did excellent work! I was completely satisfied with the job. She allowed me to bring my own fabric and she has beautiful fabric at her shop as well. She accompanied me when finding other fabric to use. Her and her husband are outstanding! They are very considerate and friendly people to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone an will definitely be using them again in the future.

Ann recovered an old sofa for me that made it look like a new one. It
was a complicated design with lots of details, and she did a flawless
job!  She also redid my banquette and valance from my kitchen which I
had inherited with the house. It was straight out of the 1960s, and she
put in all new padding and covered it with the perfect fabric for an
eat-in kitchen. The best part of all of this was that she got the jobs
done so fast. I would certainly recommend her. She is wonderful to work
with, and does exactly what she says.

After reviewing the comments on Angie's list, I visited Ann's workroom with pictures of my antique chair. I wanted to see other work in progress and to show her pictures of the chair to see if she could do the work. She has lots of experience with antique chairs.
I brought her the chair and she noticed that one of the legs was not stable.  She suggested someone who could repair the leg and he came to her location and picked it up and was able to do the repair and bring it back to Ann. That saved me lots of time so I did not have to transport the chair to another location. 
Ann removed the upholstery and added more filling material. She reupholstered the chair with my fabric and also made cording to match the fabric for trim
The finished chair is beautiful. Ann takes great pride in her work and the craftsmanship is perfect. I am very happy with the first class quality of the work. She also makes pillows and this morning I brought her some more fabric so she can make some pillows to match the chair.

I felt that she advised extra padding that made the pillows more plush and comfortable. Sowing craftsmanship was wonderful. Finished earlier than expected which was nice.
