I called Travis off a Valpak savings coupon, and I am glad I did! Travis answered my call promptly, and we scheduled him to come out bright and early the following day. I had a broken singular spring, and Travis recommended two springs for better efficiency. My garage door, in general, was a 24-year-old Lift Master 1/3 HP, and I wanted the newer technology with Smartphone control, Wi-Fi connectivity, motion sensor lighting, etc. He installed a Chamberlain 3/4 HP Smart Quiet Belt Drive Garage Door Opener. We replaced a couple of additional items, rollers & one bearing. The installation was clean, quick, and professional. Call Travis if you want the job done right.

Called late Monday afternoon for a service appointment and showed up At requested time the following day. Diagnosed my issue immediately and recommended options available for my 15+ year garage door system. Travis was very detailed and knowledgeable with explaining options available to me. Fixed my issue and lubricated the system so now it functions a lot quieter than before. Overall, a very positive experience with All pro garage doors.

We have a rental house that had a broken garage door - it was old and stuck in the up position and could not pull it down. We had to get it fixed/replaced asap, as the house was vacant and had been broken in to once already. So i called Travis at 4pm on Friday afternoon and told him the story. He was available to come out on Saturday to check it out and advise us on what to do, for a very nominal call out fee. He was punctual, professional and called 20 mins in advance of his arrival. The garage door was so old and quite badly damaged so he recommended replacement. He did help us get it down so at least the property was closed up until the door could be replaced the following Tuesday. We did not need to be there for the replacement work, and Travis called once it was complete. It looks great and i truly appreciate Travis's responsiveness and how fast we could get this fixed. I would absolutely recommend Travis and All Pro Garage doors and will certainly use again !

My garge door spring broke on Sunday morning. I initially called Welborn who installed my garage door and has done work for me in the past. Someone from their call center answered, but they would not even tell me the approximate cost to replace two springs. I checked Angie's List and saw the positive review for All Pro Garage Doors, so I called and Travis, the owner answered. Travis was a pleasure to deal with. He answered my questions over the phone, provided an estimated cost to replace the springs (explaining that the weight of the door will impact the price and that there may be other issues only indentifiable after an inspection), told me the cost of emergancy service as it was a Sunday (very reasonable) and an estimate of when he could arrive. Travis arrived earlier than he estimated and had my door up an running just 2 hours after I called him on Sunday morning. He replaced two springs and provided a tune-up. Very professional, great communication, very fair prices. I am very please with the service and highly recommend All Pro Garage Doors.

VERY WELL! I contacted the company late on Friday afternoon of a holiday weekend. They said they could come out on Monday (Memorial Day) to at least see what the trouble was. Travis got here at the front of the service window (amazing), he recommended repair rather than replace my 15 yr old opener and door, he did the work quickly and professionally, and he charged a VERY reasonable price! I will be calling him again when we decide to replace this old stuff.

It went great. I had sent an email and received a voicemail. I called and an appt was set. The door was tuned up and all is good! It was great. And the price charged was less than the others quoted. Overall, a super experience - quick, efficient, and no hitches. I'm very thankful!

Travis was right on time, and assessed the problem and gave me a price on the spot. The price was fair, and he proceeded to do the required work, as well as some lubrication of the door and rollers. His finished work was well executed, and the door was straight and operated smoothly. He also offered me some advice on maintaining the door in it's best possible condition. Overall, a great experience and will definitely use again when the need arises.

I reached out to 3 garage door repair companies and Travis with All Pro Garage Doors was the first to respond. We discussed my issue and the possible root cases then scheduled him to come out that same day. Travis texted 20 mins ahead just like he said he would. Lucky for me the issue was minor and was quickly fixed. Travis confirmed all the other parts were in good working order. I appreciate Travis’s timeliness and professionalism. And I appreciate him not trying to upsell me to replace obviously old but working parts!

Travis did a great job. My garage door was struggling when closing and opening due to a broken spring which Chris immediately saw. He quoted replacing both springs and replacing the entire door with new springs and rails. Since the door was in bad shape as well, I opted to have everything replaced. He was able to get the door and complete the work the next day. I didn't even need to be at home. I was able to watch from my Ring spotlight camera and saw they showed up on time, were fast and neat workers. My neighbor confirmed the same based on what she saw. It's been a month and my garage door was working great!. I didn't comparison shop, but for the ease of working with Chris to get my issue resolved and his ability to get the work done unsupervised was worth it.

awesome job, found the problem within five minutes was with the guide wire being our of track. He offered to fix it free and told me I may not need the tune up at all. I appreciate the honesty and attention to detail. I still had him do the tune up for peace of mind. door operating like new! I am definitely recommending your company at every chance I get.
