This was ok but they weren’t able to get the stain out that I was trying to get out. They told me that more than likely they wouldn’t be able to even before they started. I sort of just said well give it a shot and do what you can and they wen able to get it out. I would probably tell someone not to waste their money.

They were arrived on time and were very professional. They went over what I needed cleaned and did so efficiently. They cleaned the carpet and got a couple of  stains out that the last carpet cleaner could not. The house is only 3 years old and the carpet looked new again. They cleaned up after themselves and did a wonderful job. I will use them again.

They got here and got to work after going over everything with me and explaining the process in great detail. I was looking initially to spend around $325 with tax per the quote which was based off my non-industry description of my issues. Once they arrived, they were completely honest and told me that they could do it for that price but it would not be in the best interest of my home. After explaining the level of soiling for the pet treatment in my dining area and family room, it was determined I would need at least two pet treatments, possibly three. I was told the main black staining in my high traffic area may not come up and was told it would take up close to 75%. Needless to say, the black staining lifted immediately and the pet areas also were treated. We ended up also purchasing some deodorizer as well from them. The process dried rather quickly, I was advised to not place the rugs until the next afternoon to ensure no stains that remained were transferred to the rugs. Everything was done professionally, the conversation we had was much appreciated as well. I am extremely happy with the results. More importantly, my wife was more elated than I was. We will definitely use ABC-Chem at least yearly if not more frequently.

Second time of using A-Abc, and they always produce excellent results. We have had our carpets for around 15 years and they still look in excellent shape mainly due to the superior work of A-Abc, We have tried other cleaners with mixed results but not on a patch what these guys can do. Always courteous, professional and careful when moving furniture around. Thoroughly recommended

I was very pleased with all aspects of the service.  The carpets and couch look great. Jose and Carlos were very professional.  They did upsell me but it was me wanting more service as I was so pleased with how the project was progressing.
I very much appreciated the Chem-Dry product.  I was able to have FLOR tiles cleaned in place on top of a wood floor.  Carpets dried much faster than other cleanings.  I would definitely use them again.

Very professional and did a good job at a reasonable price.  They arrived much later than the time window given, but did call during that time with apologies to tell me they were running late.  I would use them again.

Jose and Carlos called 30-40 minutes prior to arriving and they were here at the time we'd set up. They vacuumed and then cleaned the carpeting. A citrus type scent was used and it wasn't over powering, didn't bother our allergies at all, but left a clean scent in the house. Overall we are pleased with the service.

Despite the upheaval and disorder that just comes with the territory when you have carpets cleaned, this was a VERY good experience -- So-oooooo much better than the old, noisy, soggy, intrusive services we had used before.

Chem-Dry is not completely *dry*, but the use of water in their cleaning technique is minimal, and therefore the carpets dry within a couple of hours (probably varies from household to household ... Test, before putting furniture back in place!) As for noise: No worse than using my own vacuum cleaner. This is a pleasant departure from the service I used to use, which involved long hoses stretched out from a van in the driveway, and lots and lots of deafening noise. The 'heads up' I gave my neighbors prior to Chem-Dry's arrival was completely unnecessary: It's a pretty quiet process.

The technicians were respectful, efficient, neat and thorough. They explained everything really well. They were done with my job within an hour and a half, packed up and ready to head to their next assignment.

My 10-year-old frisee (sort of a short shag) rugs look and feel great. They really were dry within a few hours. The process, in my case, was odorless as well. No lingering scent. Don't let the 'Chem' in the service's name put you off!

I did not want to completely tear my house apart, so I did not have the carpeting in the back of the house done this time. But I've got this company on speed dial for when I tackle that part in the next couple months.

I highly recommend this service and I now see why they have earned all the A's and compliments they have received.

Be aware that deeply soiled carpet (they told me some stories about cases they have handled) will incur more costs and probably involve the use of various compounds to deal with stains and odors. But it will be spelled out before the cleaning process begins and nothing is obligatory.

The service person was punctual and friendly and did the job quickly and thoroughly.  He was finished in about 3 hours and the carpets (ca. 13-15 years old) looked great.  I would gladly use them again.

They arrived on time and were dressed professionally. They covered all the exposed areas that were not being cleaned and wore covers over their shoes to protect my hardwood floors.  The 2 gentlemen went over everything I needed with me before they started.

It took almost 3 hours and they did a great job. I did think they were higher in their pricing then others that I have used before.
