Spencer Johns of 360 Home Inspections was very professional and a pleasure to work with. I called to get an estimate on a home inspection, he was very curtious and informative. We scheduled a home inspection for the next day, and he called me after he was finished to explain to me what types of issues he had seen with the property I was looking to buy. He informed me that the inspection report would look like a lot of stuff but that he wanted to make sure and detail every item he had inspected and that he would be sending me the report within the next two days. When I recieved the report, it was very neat, organized, colored pictures of each item and discrepancy. It was very detailed, and easy to read. He didnt leave out anything. I was able to send the report over to the seller with documented pictures to prove things they needed to fix. Needless to say they are reapairing it all. If you want someone honest, and detailed Spencer Johns of 360 Home Inspections is your guy!
