Fred completed the job by himself. He backed his truck up to our garage and got right to work. My husband was reluctant to remove anything from the garage fearing he would need it someday but Fred won him over by being pleasant ,organized, and very fair. We are more than pleased.

It went as scheduled and priced.  A job well done.

Everything was great. The guys are really nice and they were able to be there the next day after I called about pricing. Very polite gentlemen and they were fast. They even swept up my garage afterwards. I highly recommend these guys and when I demo my bathroom soon I will call them again for pick up.

I called to get an estimate early in the week. Marcus called back very quickly and was very professional and felt that it would be a minimum load.. I arranged a time of Noon on Saturday. At 11:59am I heard the truck pull up into the driveway. Marcus looked at the pile and we agreed on the price. Then Marcus and his crew loaded up the truck. They were done in about 30 minutes. They even swept up the garage when they were done.  All 3 of the workers were extremely nice. I would recommend them to anyone who needs this service..

They were great! Arrived on time and were polite and quick. They even neatly and tightly stack everything in the truck so that you don't pay for unused space (since you pay by how full the truck is after they collect everything). They swept up afterward and were out of my way quickly! I would definitely use them again.

I had a bunch of trash from years of closet and garage storage and needed it removed. I emailed via angieslist 1-877-8-Dump-It in the morning and received a call within the hour. I was given a very good description of their services and my trash was removed by noon the same day. Very polite and friendly, will not hesitate to call them again.

This is our second time using them for hauling services. One phone call set us up, and they were able to come by two days later.  We were their second job that day, and they estimated being at my home at 10:00 am. I heard them backing into our drive way at exactly 10:02. ;)
The guys are great. Very friendly and personable, and both visits have been excellent. Their prices are also very reasonable.
I recommend them, and plan on using them again in the future.

It was a small job, but the pieces were too big, bulky and heavy for me to put into my SUV and schlep to a recycle center. This consisted of a lawn chair swing, wood and and iron bench, two large plastic Adirondack chairs and an 8x10 outdoor rug. Only enough stuff to warrant the minimum charge for the hauling.

The owner couldn't have been nicer and was able to squeeze me in within the hour of my call. The guys showed up promptly, were very friendly and professional, and got the job done in about 15 minutes. Something I'd agonized over for a long time turned out to be a breeze!

It was worth every penny to have them take away this junk and I will DEFINITELY use them again whenever my husband decides to part with his "treasures" in the garage.

The crew called to let me know they were on their way and arrived on time.  The crew was very polite and helpful.  I would recommend them to anyone.

The company is very professional and reliable. I called them late on Friday and they came early on Monday morning after a confirmation call. The gentleman that I spoke with on the phone both times was very friendly and made me feel appreciated as a customer. (Not a common occurence nowadays) Fred and his helper were very courteous, nice, and professional. They got to work immediately and loaded all of the items very quickly. Before they left they offered to sweep the garage where the items were kept. I highly recommend them if you are in need of hauling anything. I would definitely use their services again in the future.

The company provided an estimate for the services based on a half truck load. We scheduled the first appointment of the day 2 days later. The morning of the appointment Mr.Shockey called to say the job the day before ran late and the crew would be an hour late as they would need to dump the previous load before picking up my load. Since I had already taken the morning off from work, I chose to keep the appointment. The estimate was that the job would take about an hour. The crew did arrive a little over an hour later. They were extremely nice and professional. The job ended up taking two hours and was a full load. The company was prepared to accept the estimate of a half truck load. However, the load was clearly a full load and took twice as long as originally estimated. I chose to pay for the services rendered and paid the rate for a full truck load. The crew was excellent and I would definitely recommend this company.

I called and they were able to come out the same day to pick up a collection of unwieldy outdoor junk that had been accumulating in our back yard. They were courteous, punctual and got the job done quickly. I would definitely call them again.

Marcus and his helper were very professional, courteous, and cheerful--very pleasant. They even swept the inside of my garage where the trash had been before leaving.  I gave them a B for punctuality because were a few minutes late, but they had a good reason: they got caught in a traffic jam because of a wreck on LBJ, and they called me to let me know they were running a little late...no big deal to me.

I called Sunday evening and was able to schedule a pickup first thing Monday morning. We are doing a major Garage / yard cleanup project and needed to get rid of items that cannot be left for the city pickup: 2 mini refrigerators and 13 tires. I was given the pricing estimate over the phone and it was accurate. The base charge was $100 plus tax to fill a fourth of the truck. Since we had so many tires and the company must pay another company to accept them these were an additional charge of $4 each. As agreed, I was called when the truck left for the pick up. We would have had to pay $3 a tire to a local tire company to accept the tires, so this was a fair price. We would have had to pay a fee to the city for the refrigerators to be picked up and would have had to get certification as well.The team of two were very friendly and professional. They did an excellent job of parking the truck in our alley driveway and quickly loaded the items on the truck. To my surprise, one refrigerator had ants in it. They cheerfully loaded it anyway. With all of this in the truck, there was some room left. They offered to continuing loading other items that we planned to put on the curb for city pickup. They were generous in the amount of things they loaded onto the truck. It was starting to rain and there was mud and vines to contend with in getting some of the things loaded. They were very cheerful, eager to please and efficient.  I will definitely use them again in the future.

Great!  They responded to my request immediately, showed up on time and did a great job.  I would definitely call them again!

I needed to have a couch and a love seat hauled away.  I called around 5:00 p.m. and got the appointment for pick up at 9:00 the next morning.  They called to let me know they were on their way and they were right on time.  They were in and out  fast.  Very pleasant people.

Fred Shockey was very cordiall over the phone and accommodated the hauling for same day pickup. The two gentlemen that hauled away the materials were very professional. I will definitely hire the company again.
