Needed new roof again in 2019. Insurance Adjuster looked at photos from 2014 for chimney cap, casing, etc. Those items were to be replaced AND WERE NOT. Insurance company would not replace again. Looks K Simon pocketed funds allocated for important repairs. Called K Simon to discuss, they hung up on me, then said they would send some one , who then quit, I called again to discuss and receptionist would not tell me who would call me or next course of action. These guys are stonewalling me. Not good, not ethical. Avoid K. Simon.

They did a good job on my roof. They said if I got referrals for them I will get $200. I got three referrals for them and they did not pay me a cent. They did a good job but they lied.
