WARD INSURANCE

I've been a customer of Ward Insurance (Hochheim Prarie) for years, using them for my home and auto insurance. I've never needed to file a claim, but noticed that some of the shingles were peeling on my roof late last year and called to have them take a look. I've spoken with Mark Ward in the past and even had him swing by to give his opinion on things, on this occasion he agreed that the roof needed some work and filed a claim for me. The entire process was great as far as the insurance company was concerned.. our claim was quickly processed, we had an excellent adjustor, and we had a check for the initial payment by the end of the month. We decided to wait until spring for better weather, had a new roof put on, filed a claim for the total cost of repair, and had the second check in under a week. Ward Insurance was recommended to me by a friend several years ago, and I'd highly recommend them and Hochheim Prarie to anyone looking for insurance.
