SINGLETARY CONSTRUCTION

Thought he was a nice guy but as the procedure progressed, we realized he didn't know what he was doing. nothing was level and the pad looked like someone let their kids play in the dirt with a bobcat! He went ahead and did some trenchwork, even after we told him not to. We were out of town and wanted to be there when they actually did the work. From then on, everything went to h***. We told him that it wasn't going to work and he drove off in a huff. My husband called him back and asked him to settle this peacefully. Mike called us back and said that's what he wanted to! He told us he was going to Hereford to get a check for us. He called about an hour later and said he had a check in his hand for $3370 and my husband said that would be great. We waited and waited and my husband called again about 2 hours later asking where he was. Mike was on his way to Lubbock. My husband asked "what about my check? He said he would have someone come get the trailer and they would have the check. We waited for someone to show up, but that never happened until after 4:00 PM that same day. My husband went to talk to them and they didn't have a check for us. We still have his trailer and forms on our property. I guess once you start telling lies, you just keep on going! this issue is not resolved and we will seek a lawyer for the remaining money he owes us.
