WITH QUESTION'S. ALWAY'S KEPT US UP ON HOW THE PROCESS WAS GOING ON THE INSURANCE COMPANY, THEN CALLED US AND SAID "WE CAN START THE ROOF ON WEDNESDAY, THE INSURANCE HAS AGREED TO IT." THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB!!!! WE WENT WITH MAX'S RECOMMENDATION OF COLOR ON ROOF AND GUTTERS, AND WE LOVE IT!!! MAX AND HIS CREW DID A GREAT JOB, AND WAS ON TIME, CLEANED UP AFTERWARDS, EVERYONE WAS KIND, COURTEOUS AND ALL WORKED WELL WITH EACH OTHER.

I really appreciate that they were up-front with me that they could not do what I needed done.  They were prompt with their reply.  Unless the roofing repair company that I end up going with just really wows me, I will certainly contact them again when I need my roof replaced.

Max Montano was great to work with. His crew started when he said they would, and they completed the job in a timely manner, leaving behind no nails or debris. Max was also very helpful in setting up a company to replace our hail damaged rain gutters. The morning after the roof job was completed, a crew showed up and installed the new gutters. I really liked not having to wait and wonder when something was going to be done. I would definitely recommend Montano Construction and Roofing.

We had a VERY old roof with extensive hail damage that needed to be replaced.  We contacted Max to give us an estimate for the work and he was there completing a very through examination and estimate within 24 hours of receiving our call.  He was courteous and very professional and gave us a reasonable bid.  We contacted him when we decided to award him the work and he scheduled the work within a weeks time.  He arrived promptly and his crew completed the work within a day.  They picked up all of the stray nails and left the work site in excellent condition.  We were very pleased with the work completed.

My insurance company had approved a replacement roof for my home after wind and hail damage. I decided to do a class 4 upgrade on the roof and pay the difference. It cost me the extra, but was well worth it. Max and his crew arrived on the morning of June 27,2012 and were finished and gone by 3:00pm on June 28,2012. This was the 3rd roof that Max has replaced on my home due to adverse weather damage. His expert assistance, recommendations and and personnel attention to every detail of the job was awesome. His work crew were professionals and cleaned as they went. When they departed you would not have known they were there. The clean-up was that great. I had a class 4 impact resistant roof with 4 new vents which were added and 1 new electric attic fan. They painted all new metal to match the roof colors. I would highly recommend MONTANO CONSTRUCTION AND ROOFING, LLC  to anyone. Thank You Max!!!!

The company was on time and delivered & completed removal of the old roof with disposal the replaced a new material roof with 2 ridge cap cleaned up the area with magnet sweep. they were very professional in every way.
