A month or so ago, I called Grizzle heating and air to fix a floor furnace that I have in my house. That day they were scheduled to come they showed up much later than scheduled but apologized, reporting it was due to previous jobs taking longer than expected. They also gave me a discount on my services. They were able rewire my furnace and get it working. A couple days later, my furnace seemed to not be working anymore and they came over again free of charge and looked at it and got it working again.
On another occasion about a month ago, I received a quote from Grizzle for a new central heat and air unit. One of their employees came out right on time and was very courteous. I had received about three quotes before I contacted them, and I have to say that they spent the most time at my house looking at every aspect to ensure they were giving me the correct price. Their quote was similar to other companies but I felt that it was the most accurate due to the time they spent looking at everything. I eventually decided that I wasn't going to put a unit in, but if I would have I would have definitely gone with them.

They evaluated my existing system. Explained the situation in easy to understand terms, provided an on-site quote and scheduled the hurry up install. Ordered a replacement. Removed the old system (without any mess) and unnecessary ancillary equipment. Installed a new heater and the connection units to the vent system. Installed 2 new thermostats. Hard wired the electricity to the new unit. Arranged for the city to inspect the new unit. Followed up a few days after to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. Every appointment was scheduled and the employees arrived on time. They never left a mess (wore protection over their boots and laid down plastic walkways on the carpet).
I'm getting ready to sell my house so the thought of having to get a new heater wasn't something I was looking forward to. Working with this company was great. I wouldn't change a thing. I'll use them again in my next home and recommend them to friends and family.
