I am certain it was not one of our managers or assistant managers who run our Fence Supply Center. Did you specifically mention you were wanting to stain a deck instead of a fence? We only recommend the special order 200 Series Deck Wood Defender Stain for a deck. We have to special order this stain and it takes around 7 to 10 days to get this stain in. We do not recommend using the Wood Defender Fence Stain for a deck for several reasons. A deck is walked on and it is hit by direct sunlight on a constant basis. The 200 Series also dries faster and allows you to walk on the deck sooner. Please give us a call and ask for Andy McAfee or Garrett Scisson so we can work this out. Sincerely, All-State Management"
"I am Brent Stewart, the owner of All-State Fence. I called and talked to [Member Name Removed] personally and I apologized to her for the problems she had with our company. We normally pick up the old fence the same week we build the fence. The problems that [Member Name Removed] had with her fence were already corrected by our warranty crew before I spoke with [Member Name Removed]. The crew who did not properly clean up their mess has been reprimanded and that is not the way All-State Fence normally leaves a job site. The lady in our corporate office who told [Member Name Removed] it would be 3-4 weeks before a warranty specialist could meet her was a new hire (a receptionist) and she was confused. We normally send a warranty specialist to the job site the same day or at least the same week in which we get the call. I told [Member Name Removed] to go by our fence supply center and pick up a free five gallon can of Wood Defender stain which costs $145.48 (includes tax). [Member Name Removed] and I left the phone conversation on good terms and I told [Member Name Removed] she could call me on my cell phone if she had any additional problems or concerns. [Member Name Removed] is a good customer and we appreciate the business she has given us."

The estimator showed up promptly to go over my project with me and they got a price back to me quickly.
After speaking with the sales staff in the office we decided to use All-State. The cost was slightly higher than other estimates, but the quality of the product was much better and the people were very friendly.
I believe the product was the brand "Ameristar" and came with a 20 year warranty!!
The crew showed up and installed the fence without a problem and were very patient with our questions. That was very important to us on this expensive of a project.
After everything was completed I can say that we are very happy and impressed with both the product and the service.
Will recommend to everyone!
