We can not say enough good things about  the Texas Land Team and Mr. Bennie Brownlee, who was our real estate agent this past year.  He was so gracious, open, honest, patient, and  helpful in every area of business.  He educated us in every step of the process in finding the home and property of our dreams.  Even after the purchase and to this day,  he has extended his help and services in helping us to walk through all the phases of getting to know about septic tanks, electric gates, irrigation systems, etc. that we never had experience with in the past.  He is very knowledgeable and what he doesn't know, he helps in directing us to a qualified and experienced person(s) who can provide the help we need.  We are grateful for his knowledgeable professionalism, sincerity, and integrity.  He extends himself far beyond the service of just a real estate agent.  We consider Mr. Bennie Brownlee to be a true and trusted friend.
