KALCO is a superior excavation/site work company. Kaden (owner) is very responsive and does exactly what he promises to do. He is very courteous and respectful, and will not talk your ear off. In my case, Kaden and his brother were very punctual and kept me up to date on progress. Their pricing is very fair and the estimates are detailed so you know exactly what you are paying for. They work very efficiently and do not waste a single minute. If you watch these guys work and operate their machinery, it gives you a great appreciation for how much a skilled equipment operator means to a job. My residential lot is larger than most, but is not acreage property. These guys worked through the lot excavation very efficiently and removed well over 100 cubic yards of material (dirt and a lot of rock). They also excavated, leveled, and installed a 14 foot by 26 foot road base pad for a large shed I had built immediately after the site work was completed. Even my retired next door neighbor, who has overseen many construction projects, was impressed how efficiently these guys worked through the project. Being retired military, I definitely appreciated their professionalism, technical skill, and work acumen. I would hire KALCO again without hesitation. In fact, I already have for another project. I absolutely highly recommend KALCO!
