Innovative Drywall

I have called the office a few times and even the guy that came. I still have not got the estimate and they have not called me. If I don't get the estimate I am just going to go with someone else.

As stated previously, we did not have the work done in the home because after receiving the estimate we realized that the walls were fine as they were and did not require resurfacing.

We dealt with one contact person all the time thus avoiding dealing with many people, communication was excellent. They had three teams each with a specific job, i.e., one team installed the drywall, one team taped and floated and one team did the texturizing. There were three unavoidable delays - weather, injury, traffic tie-up on highway due to accident. We were notified immediately and they promptly sent other teams in to do the work. They finished the work on time, cleaned up after themselves each day, and even gave us the option of leaving the windows and outlets covered so we could paint without having to repeat the task. It was a pleasure working with this company and we would recommend them highly.
