Chris Garcia came to our house, took measurements and then we discussed type of wood, and finish and all the detailing for the mantel. He had a real feel for what I wanted. It is beautiful and is beyond even what I expected. I cannot say enough good things to describe his work. Chris is a true Craftsman. I am so so glad I found him. Thanks Chris!!

My project lasted 11 months and the owner / carpenter started and completed my project despite delays on my end ( permit delays mostly). Because there was much to do, Chris and his Director wrote my contracts in phases so I only paid as the phase began and completed always getting everything in writing to avoid and fulfill obligations. Chris started with the demolition and ended with the punch list for my full demolition and redesign and remodel of my ranch style 1960s home. I was happy that we did it and paid in phases, moving from one task to the other once completed. I loved that he had an apprenticeship showing the next generation his craft. With Chris and his craftsmanship, my home was custom built in my cabinets, window framing ( double eyelash), custom pantry with inspiration from Pinterest , custom laundry room, custom closets, full install of shaker doors and shaker closet doors. My design was modern so he and Talley gave me some great ideas! Chris and Talley were always prompt with their timelines and bids and always showed up as scheduled. Chris also gave me recommendations for my masonry work, quartz countertop work and painting. I’d hire him again in a heartbeat for being committed to my project and caring about his quality of work as if was his own home! Thank you Chris and Talley for the amazing work done to my beautiful and beloved home that me and my family will enjoy for years to come! I have been showing off my remodeled home as I am very proud of the craftsmanship and quality of work that was done! Words cannot express our gratitude! (See Chris for pictures)! Chris installed crown, trim and bead board throughout our home and kitchen. He also built a custom mantel for our fireplace and custom columns and trim work in our living room and dining room. He did an excellent job and the work was performed quickly. He is a delight to work with. He listened to our ideas and helped us come up with a design. He shows up on time, works hard and communicates what to expect. We have additional projects we would like him to complete for us, and will be hiring him again. Highly recommend.

1. 12 of the 43 cabinet doors they built had defects (27%!) awful routing and lines, as well as knobs placed in the wrong location on 4. 4 drawers that were measured incorrectly and are not a fit and are misaligned with the cabinets. 2. When panel doors appeared to be ill fitted, Chris suggested we crank the height of the fridge and even cranked the adjustment himself, all the while claiming he should not be touching it as he does not do installs of appliances. Fridge fell over the next day and injured my children. 3. Assistant dropped a drill on our granite countertop and cracked it. They claimed otherwise. Counter was not cracked previous to start of the job, they claimed our painter did it earlier. Nope. 4. Witnessed assistant drilling on a granite counter top with nothing but a towel as protection. Then chose to move sawing and cutting to our garage (without asking), leaving saw dust everywhere on stored furniture and kitchen items. Did NOT clean up when job was complete. 5. Found a handful of spots on walls and hardwood floor where they taped incorrectly and sprayed with paint. Did NOT clean when job was finished. 6. Rooms were not properly taped off and floors were not covered when sanding was done leaving heavy coats of dust embedded in hardwood floors we spent 2 days scrubbing with Bruce. Attempted to work with them to resolve but they refused to help address the countertop in any way. Uninsured, so a great risk to work with as they take no responsibility. Suggested they would address the cabinets and given there were such a high percentage that would need replacement, do we really want them in our kitchen yet another day or two? What else would they damage?!?

"Floors: Your husband and mother started cleaning before job was done. We were never given the opportunity to clean up the overspray with our own process. Had we been given that opportunity, the wood floors would not have been damaged. Granite: Fernando showed me the crack in the granite on right corner of the counter that had been caused before we even arrived on the job. Remember, you had another contractor working in the kitchen prior to our arrival on the job site. Also, you, Mr. [Member Name Removed], had been standing on the counters numerous times throughout the day. Further, Mrs. [Member Name Removed] stated that there was a loud noise downstairs and that was your reason for claiming we cracked the granite. However, there are contradicting stories and your husband was the one who kept standing on granite it was a stress crack. Stop lying.Chris made it very clear that installing and adjusting appliances was not part of his job and he would not be able to do that for you. Fridge: When Chris left on the evening of June 14th, Mr. [Member Name Removed] was adjusting the refrigerator himself. What happened to your daughters was not caused by anything that Chris or IIGGs did while on the job site completing the job we were contracted to do. We offered to make 12 new doors for you and you wanted us to pay for medical bills, floors, granite that were all your fault. You also refused to pay another company that cleaned your house. You have lied in the review we have video, texts to proof our case."

They are a kind artist, they've done correct job at first but after they got paid I should've checked the cabinet. One of the doors was damaged and other cabinets was damaged as well. I could've been happy but now I was really disappointed on the misguided information. They were not genuine on the quality of their work. Customer satisfaction was not there, they just totally ignored and disregard my satisfaction. The fact that they did not answer the phone, there's no acknowledgement on why they were not answering the call. I got robbed. The quality of service and the workmanship was very disappointing. The actual quality of their work is very bad. I would make sure that other people will know that this company does not hold up to their commitment on providing good service. I made a decision to hire someone to come and make a repairs on the damage.

"Mr [Member Name Removed] this review is not accurate at all. Your cabinets had some pre existing damages as you stated they had been in the kitchen sitting for a very long time. I spoke with about scheduling a time to come see what the issue was with the cabinet. I was out of reach for a week. You could have called Chris. We have a warranty on our work and you are upset because I didn't answer the phone when I was out of the country and had not service. Wr have never left a customer hanging in anyway. We are more that happy to fix what ever we need to."

I hired Chris to demo and install new trim around 25 interior doors and baseboard throughout the entire house. Chris exceeded all of my expectations. His pricing was fair, he was on time every day, he kept me up-to-date on his progress every day and his work was excellent. He got the job done on time and I'm very happy with the finished product. Thank you IIGGS! I had a small temporary cabinet that I had been using for 8 years. I needed something bigger and that also matched the rest of my home cabinets (shaker style). Chris delivered what he said he would deliver. The cabinet came out beautiful. Now I have more space and a permanent solution. I would definitely hire them again to do more cabinets for my home. Highly recommend.

He also refinished/painted a few existing cabinets, installed new doors/frames, barn doors etc. So professional, fast, honest, great pricing & an absolute joy to work with.
