When we removed one of the buckled tiles, we saw that there was some king of construction paper between the tile and the concrete floor that no longer adhered. He started at 9:00 am and didn?t leave until it was complete and cleaned up which ended up being around 10 pm that evening. I was grateful that he stayed until it was done. He did a great job, was very professional and knowledgeable.
