I have had homes built in the past but I must say this was the most professional company I have ever dealt with. Mr. Bruce is both hard working and impeccably honest. He does not accept 2nd rate work from his employees and on a number of occasions made his staff re-do some of the carpentry tasks. Mr. Bruce worked from my architects plan but to his credit he found multiple problems with the plan and made changes for the better. Walking us through the quagmire of building permits was worth the price alone.
He provided us with sub-contractors that he has worked with in the past and those he has experienced that perform quality work, at the price quoted. Mr. Bruce began work in January and was complete before the end of May, ahead of the schedule he has promised. Mr. Bruce has provided us with a warranty and has come back after the completion and fixed a couple of problems at no cost to us. We have had so many compliments about our home and one of the main reasons is the quality.
I have such bad experience with trades people in the past but Dave Bruce has lived up to his commitments. He is truly an incredible contractor.
