Excellent! Chris was very responsive to all questions and concerns and the team did a great job.

The work was completed satisfactorily except for excess material left on site and two valve covers to be replaced. Paid the invoice amount with the verbal commitment that the remaing items would be corrected the next day. Nothing happened and the vendor would not respond to phone calls or email. After several attempts to close the job, I had to remove the material and buy new valve covers. Never pay this vendor in full until the job is 100% complete. Better yet, look for a more professional irrigation system company.

They were good. I didn't have any problems with them.

My first water bill at the house was over $300, and I had two more over $300 in the following months due to leaks, faulty controllers and other cheap parts that failed. They were rather unmotivated on service calls - no show once & took a lengthy personal phone on my time during another. They also claimed the water bills were not entirely from the irrigation system even though parts of my yard were always soggy after I had the system completely shut down for weeks. After the fourth series of major leaks I had the whole system redone by another company in 2011. It was a very costly remedy, but my water bills are now reasonable.

They have been very prompt in responding to our request for service, and they?ve correctly done everything that we?ve asked them to do.

Carter Irrigation did a great job, the system is great. They did a wonderful job, but I do have some complaints. They won't return my calls at all and their price was kind of high. I would definitely not use them again.
