 + -1 moreMr. Hardin has not fulfilled his contract as agreed upon. He accepted payment and has refused to do any of the work.
Description of Work: Mr. Hardin of Captiva Renovations asked for half of the labor up front. Since my husband felt that he knew him and he could be trusted,he wrote the check. Mr. Hardin accepted the check and cashed it at the bank that same day. He did not show up as expected for the initial three days. He sent two of his subcontractors for the next two days for a total of 8 hours. They have refused to come back stating he has not paid them in over two weeks. He has not returned any calls or attempts to return the money that was paid to him.
