There were no dislikes. They do have a plan and you get a discount if you let them do...they come by and fill it whenever it comes to a certain level.

We were set up on an automatic refill system and were leasing our tank from them.   I had a problem in that they didn't come out to fill my tank for 9 months, and then wanted to fill it up in the middle of winter when the prices were at a peak.  In my opinion, they should've topped it off at the end of the summer when prices were low.   So, I went to 'will call', monitored my own propane level and had them fill it a couple of times at a hundred gallons each time, which is their minimum.   While they will match the competitor's price, the last 2 times I checked they were 20-25 cents/gallon more expensive that another local propane provider.  I considered this practice disingenuous and decided I just wanted to own my own tank and purchase it from them.   By contract, they wanted about $1,400, which was more than a new one, so I thought about just having them dig it up.   Unfortunately, they also have a clause in their contract that basically says they can come in and tear up my yard to service their tank and they're not responsible for it.   Fortunately, my 'new' propane provider (Two Rivers) made an excellent suggestion to just sell me a new tank and just have it delivered to Blue Sky.  Blue Sky then tried to stiff me $150 for the regulator, but Two Rivers also sent them a new regulator solving this problem.   So, I thought everything was done and asked Two Rivers to come out and put propane in my tank, but they couldn't because Blue Sky still had their lock on it.   I asked Blue Sky to come out and remove it, and they said they would, but they never did, so I spent 15 minutes and was able to cut the locking collar off.    I just don't consider them to be an honest company and wished I had never leased a tank from them so I could've purchased propane from anyone I wanted.   I'm a big fan of Two Rivers and the way they helped me with this and do their business.

They are very good. They are very professional, reliable, punctual and responsive. Their price is average and on par with everybody else. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

They installed a furnace ordered online from a company that specializes in gas furnaces that look like furnaces built in the early part of last century. They accepted the shipment of the furnace and delivered it to the house, then installed it and checked that the lines had no leaks. They re-lit all the pilots upon completion of the job.

Lowest of three bidders. Provided most detailed bid. Performed the work when promised. Completed the work in less than four hours with a crew of three. Checked for adequate gas pressure after installation at three gas furnaces and pool heater as well as the installed water heaters. Checked for leaks. Thoroughly explained operation of the heaters. Disposed of old tank type water heaters.
