David Parsons was paid $3300 for flat roof installation with written guarantee for 10 years. Roof was never inspected upon completion. Roof began leaking in less than 4 years. Mr Parsons slow to respond to phone requests for repair or inspection. It became necessary to hire another roofer for repair because it was leaking inside the dwelling. He was taken to small claims court where the judge ruled against him and awarded a $2000 judgement which he refused to pay. Case was given to the Sherrif Department for collection thru a Writ of Excution. To date Mr Parsons has paid $150 towartds the judgement and insists on monthly payments.
