I had to replace the entire roof because the shingles used originally were no longer available and I did not want a two toned roof with two different types of shingles. I had to pay for the water damages to the interior of the home. I paid $7,790 for these repairs to my new home.
Description of Work: When you buy a new home you have the expectation of having a roof that does not leak. My roof leaked from the first rain 3 months after purchase of my new home and was never correctly repaired by Rassette. He sent his "roofer" who repaired the area around the hot water heater vent and the leaks became worse. I had to put buckets all over my garage to try to catch the water. I called another roofer to find out why my roof leaked and he said I had no valleys and it had nothing to do with the hot water vent. I requested Rassette to replace roof since the shingles they put on my home new were no longer manufactured and I was put off for months. Rassette never contacted me in response to a CMRRR letter but sent his building supervisor, Norm, several times but he did nothing but say Rassette would contact me. I finally had to have the roof replaced because it was leaking all over my garage and master bedroom. I had to repair the interior water damages to these areas also.
