the actual installation went fine, but they did not finish the job. they did not attach the emergency pull rope that needs to be used in case of no electricity. i called them to come and just attach the red rope, but could not give them the invoice # (this house was under total remodel and there are many things that i am at a loss to find) so they refuse to come finish the job. i told the owner that i would pay a $65 fee to make another house call, but he refusedto do that also. told me i could call anyone and they would attach a rope for that fee.
