Potts Gas Company had been highly recommended by neighbors and friends when I initially moved into my house in Ben Wheeler, Texas. I called to set up the service, and told them I was concerned about my LP tank as it seemed "worn" looking. One of their service men was at my property within an hour of my telephone call. They checked the tank over carefully, and said that it did need to be repainted, but that the pressure gauge was in satisfactory condition. They did not anticipate any problems, but said they would be checking it carefully, every time they came to monitor and fill the tank...and that whenever it needed servicing of any kind (including repainting) that they would take care of that too. They come once or twice a month, to service and bring the tank to the proper level. Their service is consistent, highly professional, extremely well-priced, courteous and Dependable. I am delighted with their service and professionalism.
