Kody was very helpful with the design  and the ordering process. The installation team was professional and competent.  Very good company.

They completely remodeled my kitchen with new custom all plywood cabinets boxes with knotty alder facings (many other choices to choose from). They provided/installed the sliding metal racks for the 2 bottom corner cabinets (much better with more storage than a Lazy Susan). They provided/installed the deep double bowl stainless sink (many other options). They provided/installed the Granite counter tops (many other choices to choose from). We actually picked the Granite slabs that were to be used.

We were offered many backs plash tile options. We chose the travertine which they provided and installed for the one complete package price. We had priced less cabinets from Home Depot and Lowes with MDF cabinet boxes with hardwood facings. These cabinets installed were more than the complete job we received from Millwood Cabinets.

Very friendly, professional and trustworthy.  Did what they said they would do within the timeframe and budget stated.

We had a horrible experience with them. My kitchen is still not completed. They came out and measured. They brought the stuff out. I took off work. Four of the doors had been mis-cut and didn't fit. The drawer units were so small that they slid into the hole. The staff was terribly rude. They came back out again and I had to take off work. Two of the doors were still to short. The drawers were running terribly. His daughter runs the back. I got up there before they were supposed to close. I told them that I had taken off work early and I wanted to pay them. I told him that I had some issues that I needed to talk to her about. She didn't want to talk to me and told him to just take my money. I refused to pay him for three weeks. I finally went back and paid them and made them deduct $100 off for the drawer and the door they never finished. I was so angry. I just let it go and took a loss. I had to have another company finish the work. The owner came out and I told him what his daughter had done to me. He said "well if it really even happened." The price was good, that's why I let them do the work. The customer service was just absolutely horrible. He wouldn't respond when I told them that they didn't finish the work.

It was a great experience. We talked to him and he was not pushy at all. He came over and looked at our space, made suggestions we worked with him and designed the cabinets, entertainment center and the bathroom. He was very agreeable with any changes we wanted to come up with. He made suggestions and did a really great job. He also was very affordable. I will use him again in the future. I probably could have gotten the work done cheaper somewhere else but we would have had to wait. I really think he was a fine Christian man and he really was trying to help but he wasn't trying to gouge anybody.
