They were hardworking and polite. They did everything we needed them to in a timely manner. We were very impressed with their service.

He had previously come to perform Seasonal Service on the furnace and noted the pressure was off; suggested the propane provider adjust the tank, and then Kyle came back at no charge.

From our first contact with Ken, the owner of Mand M Air Conditioning, to today, January 23, when we said goodbye to our installers, Kyle and Art, we could have not asked for a more professional, prompt and quality experience. Ken came out, looked at the old system, inspected the duct work and insulation in the attic, and explained things to me as we went along. The old air handler and electric furnace was in a closet, and when it became apparent that the new equipment would not fit in the same space, he recommended moving the air handler to the attic. He offered to work up a proposal and get back in touch.
The next day Ken came to visit again, with a proposal for a new heat pump system and offered 5 choices of make, model and efficiency ratings. He took lots of time to sit down with us and explain just how a heat pump works and why it was an excellent choice for our part of the country in East Texas. Not knowing much about HVAC systems, we took him at his word. The next day we decided on our choice and signed the proposal.
One week later Kyle and Art arrived with the new system. They were very professional and polite, and by noon they had removed the old system from the closet and were starting to re-route duct work for the new air handler in the attic. Normally, I would think this would have been a 2-day job, but because we had freezing weather imminent last night, and my 94-year-old mother lives with us, Art and Kyle worked close to a 12-hour day to get the new unit up and running before they would leave for the day. Art came back this morning to bring us a programmable thermostat and to be sure everything was complete and working properly.
We are so pleased with the new heat pump, and we would highly recommend Mand M Air Conditioning. Thank you Ken, Art and Kyle!

I started using M and M Air Conditioning's service last year, and wrote a rather lengthy description at that time on Angie's List. I was very surprised that I was not able to locate M and M on your site today.
Has the ownership of Angies List changed?

I would totally reccomend this company very professional. I also signed up for their service plan to check AC before summer and Check heater or come out twice a year for whatever I need. I did not have to pay up front for that ESP, but still received the discounted rate for 20$ down. If they continue their service like this first call I will pay for the ESP up front next year. With the ESP program you also get priority customer status if you call in and need a appointment. Which means I would get seen or put at top of service calls that day! Excellence in Wills Point go God!
