Homer Electric

We used Homer Electric due to electric plugs that were not working. David came out on 3 separate occasions to work on the same problem. He was a really nice young man. The last time he was out, he was really frustrated since he was not able to fix the issue. He was doing all he knew how to do and just wasn’t getting it done. This was a Tuesday. He left for lunch and then called back and left a voicemail stating he would not be coming back that day. My husband left a voicemail for David on Thursday of that week and he never returned the call. I called the office on Monday morning to talk with Kevin and gave a bunch of excuses as to why their UN-professionalism was warranted. As a business owner, you should always communicate with customers. If you are not able to complete a job, the professional thing to do would be let the customer know. This company is not professional.

Lost water pressure on a Saturday morning, called and left message and expected a call Monday. Kevin called Saturday night said he would be by Monday. He came out and fixed the problem and found a few other issues, which we expected we had, and is currently drawing up what needs to be done. Tuesday lost water pressure again and Kevin came back out and electrically things were fine. On his own he even called the well pump service company to explain what he thought was the issue. We will always use Homer Electric for any electrical needs.

We had a new automotive repair shop built.  We drew up extensive plans of what we wanted done. They came in and did the work exactly how we wanted it.  Their work is very neat and professional.  I had received other quotes that were a little less expensive, but I am glad that I went with Homer Electric.  They were prompt, professional and did a beautiful job on my shop.  Everything works perfect and all of my plugs/air hoses are placed in exactly the right spot which is very important to me.   I will always use them if I have a need for an electrician.
