Everything went very well! Matt Petty called immediately after I submitted a search on Angie's List for a home inspector. We agreed on a time for him to do the inspection and he took care of the rest! After the inspection he called and went over the entire report in detail. Matt answered all my questions and let me know which items were most important to take care of right away, and also emailed the report, which is very thorough and includes photos and good explanations of everything. He also didn't charge for areas he couldn't access completely. I am super happy and would definitely hire him again!

The owner, Matt, was on time, provided me with a detailed report that explained a few issues with the home, and delivered the report shortly after the house was inspected.
