EBCO Development Inc.

For roofing we went with Ebco Development in Cameron Texas. We are very pleased, yes, very pleased. They are in Cameron Texas. We happen to live here too. We were lucky enough to find them. Ebco Development, I highly recommend, yes. They did an excellent job on the roofing. It was a big job and they did well. We are kind of having them back in the future when we have other big projects that we are going to be doing, big projects that my husband can't do it himself. We are going to kind of hire them again. They did our roof and then a few weeks after that we had them come back a few weeks after that and we had them do our deck. The cost of the metal roof was like 13000 and I want to say it was everything. They had to tear off 4 layers of shingles. We are talking about 114 year old Texas home shed. They had to tear off like 4 layers of shingles. They are the wooden shingles and they are original on the house. They had to do that first and then the metal roof. I took them maybe 2 weeks all together. They were prompt, here on time, here every day, never late, stayed late and did whatever. In a small town that we live in, it is only like 5000 people living here, to find somebody that is local and that good like that we were fortunate there. Overall my husband would rate them a 'B' plus and the only reason he is saying that is because he is a perfectionist, my husband. He still finds something wrong with anything, like maybe he should have put in 2 more nails here or little things like that. Nobody is perfect to it would be a 'B' plus.
