Description of Work: I live out of town in Houston. I've called multiple times to schedule a service call on a Friday. The woman was very poilite but has never returned my calls. I left a message and told her I left a key at the house to please repair my water and call me, I would give her credit card information. She never called back. I will not use them in the future. I'm calling a plumbing company in Brenham.

+ -1 moreI has just got out of the tub and was drying my hair when I heard a noise coming from the toilet. I noticed that the water from the tub was not draining causing the toilet water to bubble up. Melanie and Cody were called with DP Plumbing and they were there that afternoon to fix my problem. I had also dropped a pearl earring down the drain of one of my sinks which they also retrieved for me. DP Plumbing always does a wonderful job. Wonderful people.
Description of Work: My tub was not draining and it was causing problems with the toilet as well. They also retrieved an earring from my drain.

+ -1 moreCalled DP Plumbing asked them to come and take out the old commode and install and new handicap height commode. They responded the same day. Removed the old commode and installed the new ADA Height commode. Wonderful job well done.
Description of Work: Removed old commode and disposed of it and installed a need oval ADA height commode. Very pleased on response and quality of work.

+ -1 moreThey never show up for the appointment to look over the job. As least they could have called back and said that they talked it over and decided not to take the job.
Description of Work: I needed my plumbing redone under my house. I had to call and leave several message before i would get a return phone call. When I told them what I needed, they said that they work on this house before. That they new is was low. I told them that I would be paying cash, and that I new it would be a big job, and I was open to anything to make it easier on them. They promise to call back the following week to set up an appointment. Never heard from them again. Now who would not what to be paid in CASH a sure deal. Have a customer tell them that they were open to any suggestions to make their job easier?

+ -1 moreThey are small locally owned company that is terrific. I have never had any problems with them! I feel completely comfortable leaving them at my home alone because they are very trustworthy and professional. Because they always do good work, you will sometimes have to wait a bit for your service to be done but it is always worth it!
