2 baths, Full Service Pet Grooming includes: haircut of your choice, a deep conditioning treatment, anal sac draining, clean ears and remove the canal hair. Ms. Paula is the only groomer I have found that gives my Westie the right cut. My chihuahua mix is a bit skittish and new to being groomed, but i know Paula will get her in shape in no time! She is very kind and professional. I will not use any other groomer!

It went great and I had great service. She is real caring and while I'm gone she texts me pictures and little notes about how the dog is doing. She is a dog lover and you can tell that it comes out through her business.

My litte Zetta is a very nervous toy poodle. I contacted Paula after finding her on Angies list. I was searching for a groomer who would care for my baby since the last groomer (petsmart groomer, bad decision on my part) actually cut my baby and then blamed me for not telling her about skin tags. Zetta doesnt HAVE skin tags.... Anyway, Paula was very reassuring that my Zetta would be well cared for. Although I was nervous, I decided to trust her. I am SO thankful I did. Paula is absolutely wonderful with my baby. We live about 45 mintues from Paula now and are moving 45 minutes on the other side of her. I will continue to drive that distance so my Zetta is well cared for. I assure you, you will have absolutely no regrets taking your pets to Paula. She is an amazingly talented groomer with an obvious love for her craft and clients.

They are awesome. They love on the dogs. It is very laid back, they dont throw the dogs in cages. This made me very happy because my dog does not like cages. The haircut was simply beautiful, it was amazing. I have a groomer for life.

Paula and her staff groomed my dogs on very short notice. The grooming was thorough and my dogs had a great time. Normally, when I go to Petsmart, my dog comes back traumatized and very frightened, not at Paula's! They were like family there. The price was very reasonable, especially for real grooming (ear cleaning, anal gland expression, skin analysis, etc) and the attention that the dogs got was excellent. I will not go anywhere else.

She did a really great job! My Cocker Spaniel had yeast build up so they gave him a full rinse and anti-yeast ear care. She cleaned his ears out completely and gave him a cute little mohawk. My dogs are usually very dirty as they sit outside all day, and I've had them back for about 4 days now and they're still very clean. The staff is friendly and nice, the price was very reasonable, and it didn't take them very long.

I was very happy with the love and care Paula provided in shampooing and grooming my dog Sam. You can tell this is a passion for her and not just a job. I saw that as soon as I walked in the door. I will definitely be using her services from now on.

I am very impressed with Paula's patience and professionalism and even sense of humor with my fur balls. Chows have such thick hard-to-manage fur but she always does a great job. I've tried to shave them down myself and I don't envy her job one bit. I'd much rather pay someone who really knows what they are doing, like Paula.

The minute she is in the bathtub getting a super massage from Tammy, she is wrapped around our little fingers! It is easy for me to sleep at night knowing how much better Gigi feels after her treatments!"

I had to have my Chow Chows sheared because my female was so miserable with some serious skin issues and my male Chow Chow was so matted with burrs. I tend to put it off because of a fear of being judged for letting them get so bad, but Paula never did that. She joked and told me of some of the things she has pulled out of Chow's fur so I didn't feel so bad. She was very concerned for Gigi, the female, and spent a lot of time bathing, soaking her and doctoring her. Even when Gigi tried to bite her she was understanding. Quigley, my male is very old and lazy and she really took to him, loving on him and pampering him. I plan to call her again this week to bathe Gigi again and see if we can't get this skin cleared up. I thought her fee was very reasonable. I knew it would be around $100.00 each because of the condition they were in and the amount of time it took to do each one. The only reason I would hesitate to recommend her is a selfish one...I would be afraid she would get too busy and not have as much time for my Chow Chows.

Fantastic!! She does prefer the Calallen Annaville area, but she might go else where. She will set up in your kitchen or wash room or whatever you prefer. It was a lot less stress on my dogs, and they actually seemed to enjoy it.
