I do not write very many reviews in general, but I felt like I had to in this case - partly because they are such a top notch company, but also because it is such an odd process and I know that anyone that is looking here for the answers I was looking for are not having much luck finding them. Here is what I know after having been through this process - #1 - if you have an old type septic system - stop wasting your time trying to get someone to fix it, it can't (legally) be done. When you get tired of doing all you can to "save" that old system you have only one option - replace it. (well OK, you could go to Austin and try to get the laws changed so your old system can be repaired - but that is a pretty bad option)... #2 - your system is dead (or dying) and you are tired of all the problems - then it is time to move on - now you need to get a site survey done. Call your county to find an authorized site engineer to engineer your new system If you are in Collin County - Richard Milam did a great job with mine - also very service oriented. #3 - Call White Eagle and forget about all the rest.
I have a very complex septic system with 2 completely separate units that had to be combined (with a total of 4 outlets coming from my home). They had to navigate around pool plumbing, electrical work, and who knows what else was in the way, plus they had a very concerned homeowner that stood over them practically every minute they were there. I know they have multiple crews that do this - but the guys that came to work on my home were amazing - they were incredibly careful to protect my home and did a fantastic job of doing something that is incredibly destructive with the minimal amount of damage sustained. 
So, for what it is worth - a guy that never wants to take the time to write a review is spending an hour of his day trying to find places to talk good about a company because they were just that good - they are that good !!! they communicated with me, they showed up exactly when they said they would be there, they took care and paid attention to what they were doing. the did it all right, they cleaned up and left my property in better shape than they found it, and they no doubt had a harder install than what they expected, but never once complained or asked for more money because the job was harder than they thought. 
I am with you on trying to find ways not to spend this much money - it is painful no doubt - but if you are going to spend the money, hire some real pros and relax and enjoy watching them work - it was actually quite fascinating.

Went great. The person was very nice and the people in the office were also very nice.

Ronnie and his crew did a GREAT job. Zero complaints. They left the work area groomed and manicured better than it was when when they arrived. I hope I never have to put in another septic system, but if I do White Eagle will be the only place I call.
