John's estimate was the lowest of the 5 estimates I received. And he threw in an outdoor keypad as well, which if you have never had one, is a great option to have. The install was fast, efficient, and sound. He is a very nice, honest guy, who really knows his business. Never tried to oversell me on other unnecessary items.
