 + 0 moreUnfortunately, Dynamics Remodel was unprofessional, incompetent and unreliable. From the start, their incompetence began to show. The owner/worker was unable to even hang the door without my husband helping him. He charged by the hour and was in no hurry to finish. In fact, he did not finish. We were very patient and gave him multiple opportunities to finish the job. But, he did not. He would set an appointment and then not show. Eventually, we felt there was no other acceptable option than to take him to small claims court, which we did. We won, but, he has not paid, which is consistent with his unwillingness to keep his commitments. As evidence of his shoddy workmanship, I have attached pictures showing what the door looked like. As evidence that it was not asking too much, I have attached a picture of what another company did when we called them to fix Dynamics Remodel's bad work. When the other company came over to fix it, they laughed when they saw how bad the work from Dynamics Remodel was. I sincerely hope others steer clear of Dynamics Remodel.
