Great-carpet looks great after 10 years of abuse, ground in dirt, dog hair, dog pee, MORE dog pee!!! Cleaned fairly quickly, dog avoids it!! Professional job and cleaned up after himself. Very pleased, nice guy. Has Paypal-already paid for job on the spot. Done!

I called Courteous Carpet Care Monday morning to request ASAP service. Jerry returned my call within 1 hour and scheduled me for Tuesday morning. Jerry and Justin arrived today within the agreed upon time window. They were fast, efficient and friendly. They measured and assessed each room then gave me their price. Jerry even ran the vacuum in the living room to pick up stray grass clippings that had been walked inside. My carpets and rugs look like new now. The whole house feels better to me just knowing the floors are freshly cleaned. Jerry accommodated my request to pay via PayPal and his money was on its way before he left. I have seen a review that thought his price was high. For the effort they put in and the responsiveness to my sort-of-OCD cleaning requirements, the price was just fine. I will use Courteous Carpet Care again and have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Loved this service! Jerry responded quickly and came the following morning. He and his assistant were friendly and professional. I was afraid my two dogs had ruined my beautiful rug but Jerry's technique restored the rug. I was happy to see that the stains were gone!

A+ service! I called Jerry and after telling him what I needed he was at my house within an hour. The work was done quickly and efficiently! Jerry explained everything he was doing which brought peace of mind. He and his partner were able to complete the job within just a few hours.. Very friendly. I would highly recommend this company! I will definitely use them again when the need arises!

Jerry was very nice, very responsive to what I needed. The cleaning was easy and quick, but well done. We were not put out at all by them cleaning. The customer service was above and beyond!

He explained the process was very polite complimented me on my home and got in and out quickly and efficiently. He showed up on time which is always impressive to me for service jobs of any kind. He seemed genuinely to care about my concerns about getting rid of the awful sick smell. He was also very thoughtful as I am a single teacher on a limited budget and he made the service very affordable for me. My house now smells wonderful!

Our septic system had a small problem over the weekend, and there was water in the master closet. I emailed Courteous Carpet Care on Saturday morning, but they did not respond. We called first thing Monday morning and they came right over. They pulled up the carpet, removed some of the padding and left fans running to dry out the carpet. Tuesday morning, they returned, replaced the padding and cleaned/sanitized the carpet.
Cons: The original price seemed a little high given the size of the closet, and they did not respond to our inquiry on Saturday - their listing shows they have hours on Saturdays.
Overall, they did a great job and we will likely use them again - hopefully for nothing more than a regular cleaning vs emergency, plumbing cleanup.

The owner was very friendly and punctual. He did a very professional job. I had some stains in one room that I was convinced would never come out and now I can't even tell where it was. My son tells me it smells nice...due to allergies right now I am unable to smell a thing. :) I will use them again.

The owner 'Jerry' arrived at my home on time and got right to work.
He is really into his profession and he showed genuine interest in making sure that I was satisfied with the results of the cleaning.
If I were to give any criticism, it would be that he's a little and quot;Chattyand quot;, but being that all he wanted to talk about was the process of cleaning the carpet and what kind of machine he uses, it was alright with me. I was happy to see just how much he enjoyed what he was doing and how well he did it!
The charge was $203 less 15% Angie's List discount for 2 large rooms and he added the closet cleaning (post quote) at no extra charge. So $173 total.
I will definitely call him again next time I need carpet cleaning~

Upon Contacting Mr Jerry Lawson and discussing the process with him, he explained the entire service to me and explained any additional services that were associated. He explained the rates he charged when I gave him the information on the room sizes. He was very courteous and I set up an appointment with him. Upon arrival, he proceeded to go about his business in a very professinal way and did a fantastic job. I was very impressed with the job he did and would reccomend him to everyone.

My fiance and are about to move however, we wanted to clean the new homes carpets. We didn't find out till 6 PM that our cleaner was busted. My fiance found a nearby carpet cleaner to set up an appointment. She explained to him that we would have to schedule it for a week later because the current electricity would be disconnected the following day. Much to our surprise the man was very understanding and decided to to meet me at the house after his work hours so we could do the job before all of our stuff got in. The worker from Courteous Carpet Care arrived at the time he said he could, took one look at the carpet and said he would have it done shortly. He did an amazing job, the carpets looked new compared to what they were. The worker was very courteous, friendly and had no problem explaining the chemistry of how everything worked to appease my curiosity. Very professional company and will definitely use them again very shortly because they also do auto carpet.

He arrived on time and took a look at what we initially called him for, which was to patch a hole in the carpet that our rabbit chewed up. He says it's no problem, and we also asked for an estimate to clean the carpet. He asked when we wanted it done, and I said as soon as possible, so he did it while he was there as well. He was super friendly and did a terrific job. He patched the carpet with some carpet from the closet. The patched carpet is not noticeable at all unless you are looking for it. Even then, I had a hard time finding it again! We are trying to clean up the apartment because we are moving out, and he really went above and beyond to get the carpet looking great and even helped us with an old mess that had accumulated under the fridge. I am so thankful for that! The carpets look great after being cleaned.
