Absolutely no knowledge they quoted 55,000 for replacement this it cannot be fix I had a second plumber came did the job without replacing single part $200. It was working in 30 minutes blue frog plumbing work 5 hours and can not get hot water running They send me $2700 bill and did not fix. Blue frog plumbing.

Top notch company!! Had a water leak and had to shut off my water. I received a call from a super caring lady and I told her my problem. She told me she would talk to the manager Mark. About two minutes later she called back and asked me if I could send Mark a picture of the problem. I did and five minutes later Mark called me and asked me if I could get some things at home depot to temporarily fix the problem since they were very busy and couldn't get to me for a couple of days. I said I would and he told me to call back on his cell phone when I had gotten the items. I did and called back and he walked me through a temporary fix so I could have water that evening. When I called back he was at home since it was after work hours. WOW!! I never expected service like that!!!! The next day they had some extra time and two professional young men came to my house and permanently repaired the leak. They did a great job and I thought the price was quite reasonable> Best customer service I have ever received by everyone involved!! If I need a plumber again I will definitely call Blue Frog. Blue Frog is a little more expensive than many plumbers, but they guarantee their work longer and more completely. Their employees were professional, were there when they said they would be, and were very thorough in making sure that all my concerns were addressed. I would recommend this little Blue Frog anytime you need someone to jump in and get your water situations all straightened out!
