Okay but we chose not to use them because their quote was too high and then 4 months later we get a bill for $129.99 for the "free estimate".

They lied, tore up my system, failed to repair, refused refunds and stopped even trying to repair. Think hard before you consider hiring these crooks!

This company's slogan is a load of crap. "We stand behind our work". They put plumbing in the wrong place on my new construction by taking the measurements from the wrong place (and obviously didn't double check their work). So all of the plumbing, that is in the concrete in the front of the house, was off by 6 feet. When they came back to fix it, they had to cut three 6 foot by 1.5 foot trenches. They also started cutting in the wrong place in one spot, so there is an additional gouge in my slab. The other big issue with this, is that these floors are to be stained, and now require a veneer in order to hide the trenches that were made. Now they don't want to pay to fix their mistake, and instead send me a letter threatening a mechanic's lien on my property!! Their mistake is going to cost more than is even owed to them by my builder. There were other things that were unfinished as well, but those are minor compared to ruining the slab for my house. And I have no problem with people making a mistake; just own up to it and make it right!! Stay away from this company!!!
